3. Categories of data collected

Account opening, chat and information request

We process the following categories of data: first and last name, email address, company, JAC number associated with the company, position, customer need.

Customer log files

We process the following categories of data: browser type and version, operating system used, referring URL, host name of the accessing computer, date and time of server query, IP address.

What are your rights with regard to your data?

At any time, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion or portability of the personal data we process, as well as, in certain circumstances, your rights of limitation or opposition under the conditions below, as well as the right to withdraw your consent where applicable.

You have the right to object at any time to commercial prospecting and profiling to the extent that it is related to such prospecting.

In addition, you have the right to determine the treatment of your personal data after your death.

Furthermore, you have the right to file a complaint with a competent supervisory authority. In the Netherlands this authority is the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Withdrawal of your consent for certain processing of personal data

For processing that requires your consent, we will seek your consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, you can contact our manager. The legality of the data processing carried out until the withdrawal is not affected by it. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the legitimacy of the processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.

Right to object to prospecting

If your personal data are processed for the purpose of prospecting, you have the right to object at any time to their processing; this also applies to profiling, insofar as it is related to such prospecting. If you object, your personal data will no longer be used for marketing purposes.
